September 15-October 15 is designated as Hispanic Heritage Month, a time when people across the nation celebrate the contributions and achievements of Hispanic and Latino Americans. This year’s national theme is Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation. According to the National Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers, the theme and 2022 poster both “... reinforce the need to ensure diverse voices and perspectives are welcomed in decision-making processes, thereby helping to build stronger communities and a stronger Nation.”
