On the recent state report card, Youngstown Rayen, Early College High School, and Choffin Career and Technical Center earned a five-star rating! We also congratulate Paul C. Bunn Elementary for receiving four stars. Another shining star on the report card is the graduation rate for students with disabilities, which rose over nine percent.
Continuous improvement is always something to celebrate; although we are not where we want to be, we are not where we used to be due to our excellent teachers, administration, scholars, and families' support!
